* Eligibility: The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or over, excluding employees, their immediate families, or anyone professionally associated with Neoraid.

* Entry Period: The entry period begins on [20/12/2023] and ends on [20/01/2024]. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

*Entry Method: To enter into the free draw, participants must purchase items worth at least 10.00GBP at neoraid.com. Limited to one entry per purchase however participants may re-enter as many times as they wish. Ticket numbers will be emailed to customers within 2 working days of purchase, please note this will be a separate email to the order invoice.

* Prizes: The prizes offered are as described in the promotional material. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted for cash or other items. The participant with the winning number will win a mystery bundle of store items worth over 200.00 GBP.

* Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received within the entry period. The draw will take place within Neoraid Instagram live on [20/01/2024] Through a verified random generator.

* Notification of Winners: The winner will be able to watch the draw live and they will be emailed within 3 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of
notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

* Publicity: By entering the prize draw, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
